The beautiful green tea leaves from Nepal are rolled into precious pearl shapes as they are dried to lock in the rich flavors.  As they steep, they unroll giving a taste of the ocean - briny and bright.  This tea is best steeped in slightly hot water on the first steep but hotter water after the first steep.
